Home Modernisation

Is your home in need of a refresh and requires modernising? Much of Belvedere's work is for clients who have purchased properties that were built in the early 2000s, 1990s or older, and are wanting to bring their home up to a modern-day specification. We can upgrade the wiring, including installing the latest CAT data cables for smart home systems, upgrade the plumbing and heating systems, install new flooring and any other detailed works required to improve your property and get it to the exact specification you desire.

Energy Efficiency Upgrade

Are you wanting to increase the energy efficiency of your home? Belvedere has unrivalled expertise in upgrading properties with air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, interior insulation, external insulation and re-rendering. Normally this work is done in conjunction with other refurbishment works, but can be done as their own project. We also have extensive experience using eco-friendly materials and construction processes for clients looking to keep their carbon footprint to a minimum.
