Site labourer/tradesman
This position is for entry level as well as experienced site operatives and involves carrying out a range of day to day tasks. Training will be available for entry level candidates and is an excellent place to start your construction career. Many of our current site managers started off as site operatives and progressed into a site manager role.

This position involves the overseeing of all day to day activities on site. This will involve monitoring sub-contractors, making sure they are carrying out works in accordance with plans as well as making sure they are carrying out their work to a high quality. It will also involve overseeing the site operatives assigned to the site, making sure they are working in accordance with health and safety regulations.

This position involves the managing of multiple projects, liaising with the site managers, suppliers and sub-contractors to keep the site operations running to schedule. It will involve the pricing and programming of upcoming and potential projects and will involve working with our clients, keeping them abreast of all that is happening on their projects.
