Belvedere's design and build service is for clients that are looking for an all-encompassing service, including the sourcing of all professional services such as qualified architects and structural engineers. Being involved from the initial stages allows us to add our experience during the planning stages, helping from a value engineering perspective with the design. This allows us to select the ideal architect based upon the style of the property and location.


Main Contracting & Project Management

Do you already have drawn plans and your own architect? Belvedere can act as both the main contractor and project manager for bespoke and spec builds, overseeing the entire process from start to finish, including managing Building Control, handling the Construction Design Management (CDM), Health & Safety and directly liaising with the architect, to overcome any issues that may arise onsite.
