Belvedere owns its own plant, machinery, offices and vehicles, but our most valued asset is our own impressive team of construction professionals.

Having total in-house control of the build programme, quality and timing brings immense flexibility and certainty.

Beyond the cumulative capability of our construction team and project management expertise, Belvedere utilises the skills of industry professionals in planning consultation, architecture and surveying.

Our on site construction teams are led by Mark and Ray Smith, brothers who together have over 55 years of housebuilding construction experience.

Our office support staff draw their expertise from diverse and varied backgrounds and include: a lawyer of 20 years calling; a project manager of a major UK defense contractor with over 25 years experience, especially within the Middle East; an undergraduate in Construction Management from Bristol University.

Belvedere prides itself in its project management expertise and our ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
